Service Interruption: Leak Notification

BV Community,

I want to let you know that we unfortunately have detected a leak in the main water line.  

These extreme cold temperatures are a major deterrent for us with respect to making a repair.  We are very much hoping that we will be able to wait until we get through this extreme cold snap and the coming snowstorm before we absolutely have to make the repair.  We are monitoring water levels in the reservoir very closely to determine whether waiting will be possible or not.  

Unfortunately, the location of the leak near the reservoir is such that it will require a full system service interruption to repair.

I wanted to let you all know this is happening and to ask everyone to please keep an eye on your e-mail for further updates on the timing of the repair over the coming days and please be prepared for a service interruption on short notice.
