Billing

Customers are billed quarterly and is applied in arrears.  Bills are distributed via email, for other arrangements please contact the bookkeeper. Payments are due and payable by customer upon presentation or receipt of quarterly bill.

 

Quarterly billing dates are as follows:  January 1st  |  April 1st  |   July 1st  |  October 1st

Bills will become delinquent 30 days after due date. For billing information, or to change a billing address please contact Lynda DesLauriers, Bookkeeper at billing@bvcommunitywater.com. Billing address: BV Water Co., 26 Wentworth Road, Bolton Valley, VT 05477.

Communication

All new and existing customers are encouraged to subscribe the water company's email distribution list. The distribution list is used to communicate information about possible service interruptions, system upgrades, and billing info. This is the primary mode of direct communication for the water company. To join the distribution list please enter your email address below.
