New Member Registration Form
Please fill out this form if you are:
a. buying a new property which is served by the water company; or
b. have received a Certificate of Occupancy for a project which has required a new connection or a modification to existing connection (see section below).
This form is used to notify the water company of any change in ownership to ensure the we have the most up to date contact information for billing purposes and distribution of public notifications. Please use this form to also request a final bill on behalf of the seller.

New Connection or Modify Existing Connection Application Form
If you are planning to build a new home, add a bedroom, or create a new dwelling unit you are required to apply for a new service connection or an expansion to an existing connection.
Step 1: BV Water Co. encourages people to first e-mail the Manager Lindsay DesLauriers with a description of your project to confirm that there is sufficient system capacity for your project. Then work with your contractor or engineer to determine the best plan for your connection.

Step 2: Once you have a plan, be sure to submit drawings and specifications for the proposed connection to Lindsay DesLauriers at manager@bvcommunitywater.com. And submit the required connection fee. ** If you are in the early phases of planning for a new connection please check back here shortly for the new application form which will be required as part of this process.**

Step 3: Once approved, coordinate the construction of your project with the water company, your project will need to be inspected by staff prior to burial.
Step 4: Upon completion of the project and having received a municipal Certificate of Occupancy please fill out the New Member Registration Form to ensure the Water Company has the most up to date contact information for billing purposes. ​​​

2025
Existing Customer & New Member Information Form
BV Water Co is in the process of becoming a member-owned, non-profit corporation. As a part of this transition, we are asking all existing customers to provide updated information.
​
All existing customers have the option to also register as members of the new non-profit. Becoming a member gives you specific rights and responsibilities, including voting rights, access to meetings, information rights, and participation in company governance.
Regardless of whether customers opt to become members, we are asking all customers to complete the 2025 Existing Customer & New Member Information Form. If you have already submitted the Member Information & Voting Designation Form, you do not need to complete this form.
