Application Forms
If you are planning to build a new home, add a bedroom, or create a new dwelling unit you are required to apply for a new service connection or an expansion to an existing connection.
BV Water Co. encourages people to first e-mail the Manager Lindsay DesLauriers with a description of your project to confirm that there is sufficient system capacity for your project. Then work with your contractor or engineer to determine the best plan for your connection.
Once you have a plan, fill out the “Application for New Connection/Modification to Existing Service." Be sure to include drawings and specifications for the proposed connection with the application. Once approved, coordinate the construction of your project with the water company, your project will need to be inspected by staff prior to burial. Change Notifications
Please use the "Property Transfer Form" to notify the water company of any change in ownership to ensure the we have the most up to date contact information for billing purposes and distribution of public notifications. Please use this form to also request a final bill. Send completed forms to Lynda DesLauriers at lyndadski@gmavt.net.
