For new construction projects there is a one-time connection fee of $150.

Bolton Valley Water & Community Development (dba Bolton Valley Water Co) is a non-profit organization that manages the community’s water and wastewater systems. It also supports projects that improve quality of life and encourage sustainable development in Bolton Valley village.
